07.001 at Gorna Orjahovica depot on 21 October 2004. The original 07 delivered to BDZ in 1971 with works number of 0057. Now the only low numbered 07 in use at Gorna, under overhaul in August 2006! | |
07-02 is seen at General Todorov on 16 February 1989, this was the first time I saw an 07 on the line, and I believe this loco was first one there, used for crew training. Note the local children looking at the loco, I suspect they are interested in the new power! The loco is currently stored at Asenovo. | |

07-15 is seen at Plovdiv with local train PV2141 to Svilengrad on 6 October 1993. 07's are regular on this route, a distance of 143 kilometres. The 07 is in original livery, and note the grey roof and battered appearance. The loco was withdrawn in 1997, probably as a result of crash damage? | |

07.026 is seen at Elena on the now closed line from Gorna Orjahovica - Elena. The train has a maximum speed of 25km/h over the lightly used 44 km branch line. Saturday 29 September 2001. The loco was under conversion to 07.126 last year. | |
07.027 at Levski with train PV22505 from Svishtov to Trojan, although advertised as a through train via Levski, only the 07 and the boiler van ran through! 2 February 1995. Loco is now based at Ruse and is in use in September 2003. | |
07.027 is seen at Trojan with a stopping service from Levski, the front coach is a boiler van, enabling the train to be supplied with steam heating, it is controller from the locomotive, via an additional cable. 2 February 1995. | |
07.028 at Levski with train PV25132 from Trojan, note the train consists of four coaches followed by twelve loaded wagons of logs! This is likely a regular occurrence on this train. Friday 22 June 2001. | |
07.029 and 07.030 are seen at Levski, about to head east light engine to work some freight trains. Two of ninety-one Locos in service in Bulgaria. Fitted with the Kolomna 5-D49 16-cylinder engine, no form of train heating. Though there is a cable fitting from loco to boiler van when necessary. 2 February 1995. |

07.049 is seen in Greece at Thessaloniki whilst on loan for a period of testing. The loco is based at Ruse and was worked by a driver from Ruse.
